Anthony Graley
Anthony serves as our Board President and is a Process Manager at Worley. He is a graduate of West Virginia University.

Chrissy Ball
Chrissy serves as our Vice President. She is a a risk advisor for Hilb Group, a large insurance broker firm, and a graduate of Fairmont State University.

In addition to serving on the ACA Board, Laura represents our community on the South Charleston City Council. She is a graduate of West Virginia State University.
SecretarySarah Walls, CPA MBA
Sarah is the Senior Manager of Program Optimization for TC Energy's natural gas facility assets in US and Canada. She is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and received her MBA from Marshall University. Sarah is proud to support the ACA alongside her daughter, Lillian, - the youngest member of the our team
Cheryl Belcher
Cheryl coordinates our Blood drives, volunteers at Alum Creek Elementary and was awarded the Alum Creek Citizen of the Year award in 2024.

In addition to serving on the ACA board, Carla works with the Alum Creek Lions Club and is a graduate of Wheeling University.

Board MemberLeighann Davidson, EdD
Dr. Davidson is Associate Professor and Chair of the Criminal Justice Department at West Virginia State University. She is a graduate of both WVSU and Marshall University.

Seth is a GIS Applications Specialist at Northeast Natural Energy and PhD student at West Virginia University. He is a graduate of both West Virginia State and Marshall Universities.
Clyde E Whooten
Raised in Alum Creek (Washington High School class of 1962), Clyde always wanted to better his community. That is why he helped found the ACA and served as President for 8 years. Clyde is the heart of our organization and his undying support keeps us ever moving forward.
